Pitta Face Balm

Melt a tiny amount between your fingers and inhale the calming aroma. Massage with gentle upwards and outward movements onto cleansed, damp face and neck after misting first with the Pitta Tonic (or water).

Store below 25C in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening. Patch testing before use recommended. Avoid water getting in the product.

How long does a jar of the pitta face balm last? Being a concentrated product the 30ml balm lasts for 4-5 months. Simply massage two rice grain amounts onto slightly moist skin for optimal absorption and day long glow

What is the shelf life of the AIKA Wellness face balm? All Aika Wellness products have a shelf life of two years when unopened. We recommend you use each product within six months of opening it.

Is Aika Wellness packaging sustainable? Zero waste? Aika products are housed in beautiful biophotonic deep violet Swiss glass which is fully recyclable. All labels and print material are biodegradable and printed with vegetable inks. Aika does not use boxes in an effort to minimize the impact of deforestation and energy that goes into making what is essentially a disposable item.

Is this face balm vegan? Cruelty free? Yes. The pitta face balm is vegan friendly (please note some Aika Wellness products contain organic beeswax). Aika Wellness is certified organic and neither their ingredients or the final products are ever tested on animals which is independently verified as such by their certifier – Australian Certified Organic (ACO). By choosing certified organic products you can be assured that no animal testing or child labour is used and fair trade for fair work is maintained. Aika does not export to China as they have regulations that require all skincare products to be tested on animals. Until those regulations are changed they will not export to China.
