How to care for your Woodlot Natural Candle
Step 1: Let go and slow down. The string tied around your gorgeous candle box forces you to take a moment for yourself as you slowly unwind the string.
Step 2: For your candles first lighting - burn it for 2 to 4 hours to form a full melt pool. The first burn sets the tone for the rest of the candle. This helps prevent tunneling or candle waste.
Step 3: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch for each subsequent burn. Burn your candle for no longer than 4 hours at a time.
It's time for a new candle when 1/4 inch of wax remains.
