Canceling your order
Should you need to cancel your order, please try and contact us ASAP as we ship orders fast! Once an order has shipped it cannot been canceled.

Return policy & exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something just isn't right, please send us an email to start your return.
Unopened merchandise ... Return unopened and unused products within 30 days for a refund. Please note we are unable to refund shipping costs. Send us an email to start a return.
Tried it but don’t like it? Let us know what you didn’t like and we’ll refund the price in store credit and help you find a better match.
Non refundable items: Supplements, free gifts or sale items are non-refundable. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for makeup brushes or muslin face cloths.
Return shipping fees cannot be refunded or credited. Return costs back to our warehouse in Florida are $5 and will be deducted from the amount of your refund or credit. You will be provided with a pre-paid label or USPS QR Code to drop off with your local mail carrier or Post Office.
Once a return is submitted, our team will review your order and the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please note we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
