Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1pm EST ship same day Mon-Sat. Orders placed Sunday ship the next business day. Please keep in mind this may change during Holidays or inclement weather.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders $50 and over (excluding taxes and discounts) will ship for free. Orders under $50 will incur a $6.95 shipping fee. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your order quickly.
How do i track my order?
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number including a link to track your package online.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Standard shipping takes 2-5 days depending on your location. We offer several expedited options at checkout if you need your parcel faster.
What if an item arrives damaged or is missing?
Please contact us within 1 week of receiving
your order at hello@allnaturalcollection.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. Our Client Service team will remedy this for you.
What shipping companies do you use?
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the quickest delivery method to your location. Once your order has shipped, you will get a confirmation email with tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return & exchange policy for online orders?
We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Opened or gently used items are eligible for a store credit or exchange only. Will my shipping fees be refunded?
Shipping fees cannot be refunded or credited.
How do I start a return?

Are your products all natural, organic?
Our standard is 'Clean & Consciously Formulated.' This means every product we carry is free from known or suspected harmful ingredients. And, many of our products are in fact 100% natural or certified organic.
Some brands make a conscious choice to use safe, lab-created synthetics when natural alternatives come from unsustainable sources, are less effective, or pose stability challenges.
For example, Vitamin C is a highly effective skincare active. While abundant in fruits, extracting stable Vitamin C for skincare often requires synthetic processes to ensure potency and prevent rapid degradation. We believe in using the best, safest version of an ingredient, whether it's purely natural or a consciously chosen synthetic.
Are your products cruelty free? Vegan?
We are deeply committed to animal welfare. All brands we partner with are 100% cruelty-free. This means no animal testing is conducted on the finished products or the ingredients used within them, at any stage of production, by the brand or any third party.
The majority of our collection is also vegan. A few products may contain ethically and sustainably sourced goat's milk, beeswax or honey. Some makeup brands use carmine to create their vibrant colors. We clearly list all ingredients on product pages.
Look for vegan certifications or check ingredient lists if you avoid all animal byproducts.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Generally, yes. We curate many products specifically formulated to be safe for sensitive skin. Our brands typically focus on gentle, botanical-based formulations and are free from harsh chemicals, known toxins, and hormone disruptors. We have many customers with sensitive skin who use our products successfully.

However, even natural ingredients can cause reactions in some individuals. Essential oils, for instance, can sometimes irritate extra sensitive skin or be inadvisable during pregnancy. We recommend patch testing any new product and if you have concerns, check out our Essential Oil Free Collection.
