Product questions

Yes and no. We offer you safe, non-toxic beauty products, free from known or suspected harmful ingredients.

Some brands are super-dedicated to natural and only use 100% natural or organic ingredients. Other brands make a conscious choice to use safe synthetics when natural ingredients come from unsustainable sources or are impractical.

For example, Vitamin C is one of the most well known active ingredients in skincare. It’s also most likely synthetic. While chopping up vitamin C-rich fruit and vegetables is possible for DIY recipes, it’s highly unstable. For this reasons, vitamin C is usually synthetic — even in natural skincare products.

Absolutely! Animal testing is the ugly side of the beauty industry and we refuse to participate. Our brands embrace cruelty free practices and are 100% cruelty free. That means no animal testing at any stage - not ever!

Most of our products are vegan friendly. A few products contain beeswax or honey but are 100% cruelty free however, as the honey comes from sustainable honey bee farms.

Generally, yes. We have an extensive collection of products for sensitive skin. Our ingredients are (mostly) botanical-based and definitely free from harmful chemicals, toxins and hormone disruptors. We have had many women and men with sensitive skin use our products.

BUT... if you are pregnant or have extra sensitive skin you know any ingredient, no matter how ‘natural’, can cause a reaction. Occasionally, essential oils can irritate sensitive skin so we recommend our Essential Oil Free collection if your skin is extra sensitive.

Yes, we believe in 100% transparency and expect our brands to do the same. In fact, because our natural makeup and natural skincare brands use natural and organic ingredients and occasionally safe synthetics, you wont need a chemistry degree to decipher our labels. Most of the ingredients should be easily recognizable. We encourage you to read our ingredients lists. If you have a question about any ingredient, contact Customer Service for more information.

Minor differences will almost always exist with natural beauty products. It depends on when ingredients are harvested. Most brands source from a variety of farms, so sources are not depleted, which also results in variations. These minor variations do not change the potency of your products.

Many of our products are preservative free. For example, oil based serums & creams don't need preservatives to keep them safe. A few of our products contain water or other ingredients that necessitate a safe, non-toxic preservative to prevent the growth of mold, bacteria, yeast, or fungi. 

If needed,  our brands use safe, environmentally friendly sources, all of which have been “green beauty” approved to keep your products safe for you to use. All ingredients are clearly marked. If you wish to use completely preservative free skincare we highly recommend using oil based serums and creams which don't require preservatives.

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email you can click on to see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to Customer Service.

We strive to process orders super fast and once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Service right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out! If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact Customer Service right away.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something just isn't right, here's what to do:

Unopened ... Return unopened and unused products within 30 days for a full refund (less original shipping cost). Please contact us at with your order number to start a return. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. 

Tried it but don’t like it? Let us know what you didn’t like and we’ll refund the price in store credit and help you find a better match.

Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in Florida are the responsibility of the customer.

Supplements, free gifts and clearance items are non-refundable. For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns of makeup brushes or muslin face cloths.

While we can refund unopened items and provide a store credit for used products - we are unable to refund original shipping costs.


We are located in sunny Winter Garden, Florida. We are an online boutique. We strive to keep shipping rates as low as possible. US orders $45 and over ship for free – orders under $45 ship for a flat rate of $5.95. Be sure to join our email list to hear about free shipping days. Read our full shipping policy.

We work hard to get you your order as quickly as possible. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours from our sunny Winter Garden Florida warehouse. We ship with UPS or USPS. Most orders are  delivered within 3-4 business days of its ship date. Please note we do not ship on the weekend or US holidays.
