When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders received before 1 pm EST typically ship same day but can take up to 24 hours to ship. If you place an order after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be fulfilled on the following Monday. Orders may be delayed during holidays and holiday weekends or due to inclement weather.

How much does shipping cost?

All US orders $50.00+ after discounts have been applied, ship for free. Orders under $50.00 will incur an $5.95 shipping charge for standard ground transportation. Expedited shipping options are offered at checkout.

I can't find my package

Should your tracking number indicate your package was delivered but you are unable to locate it please email us immediately and we will be able to assist you. Most of the time USPS has scanned the package and it will arrive in the next day or two.

Any order reported missing 14 days after receipt of delivery confirmation will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund.

Why do I have to sign for my package?

We want to ensure your orders arrive safely and securely. All orders over $200 require an adult signature or carrier photo as proof of delivery.

May I use a freight forwarding service?

At this time, we are unable to ship to freight forwarding services. When you use a freight forwarding company, we cannot ensure your products reach you safely or in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Orders placed on our website are processed and shipped quickly and once an order ships we are unable to cancel it. If you do need to make a change, reach out to Customer Service right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out! If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact Customer Service right away.

What if something I ordered arrives damaged?

Oh no! Contact us right away and we will fix it.

What is the status of my order?

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number you can click on to see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to Customer Service.


How much does it cost to ship to Canada?

We offer the following shipping options to Canada. Prices vary depending on the weight and dimensions of your order.

  • USPS First Class International Package – 7 to 21 days
  • UPS Standard – 2 to 7 days
  • Orders $250+ ship free.
What is the status of my order?

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. You can track progress with USPS. Once the item is received by Canadian customs, you can track your order through Canada Post.

Will I be required to pay customs fees on my order?

Please note that International shipments may be subject to Customs Fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.). These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges. You may be asked to pay these fees by your carrier in order to obtain your order.

All Natural Collection has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office to find out more. We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.

We offer the following shipping options to select countries. Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding companies. Shipping rates, options and transit times will vary based on the package weight, dimensions and destination.


  • USPS First-Class – 7 to 21 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail International – 6 to 10 business days
  • DHL Worldwide Express – 3 to 6 business days
Will I be charged taxes or customs fees?

Pricing does NOT include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes like VAT. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, who will be billed by their local Customs office.

The purchaser is responsible for tracking their package once it is tendered to the carrier. Tracking may be unavailable to certain countries. Please note that packages may be delayed due to the destination country’s customs clearance procedures.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.

*We are unable to ship shampoo, conditioner, nail polish or hair spray internationally. These products are considered hazardous materials and are required to be shipped by ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something just isn't right, here's what to do:

Unopened ... Return unopened and unused products within 30 days for a full refund (less original shipping cost). Please contact us at with your order number to start a return. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. 

Tried it but don’t like it? Let us know what you didn’t like and we’ll refund the price in store credit and help you find a better match.

Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in Florida are the responsibility of the customer.

What items are non-refundable?

Supplements, free gifts and clearance items are non-refundable. For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns of makeup brushes or sponges or face cloth.

Can I get my shipping fees refunded?

While we can refund unopened items and provide a store credit for used products - we are unable to refund original shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
