    Shipping & Delivery Policy

    Thank you for shopping at All Natural Collection. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

    1. Processing vs. Transit Time

    Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

    • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

    • Transit Times: After processing is complete, your package will be handed over to the carrier. Estimated transit times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

    2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    3. International Shipping 

    We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom and Australia

    • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All Natural Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

    • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, the package will be returned to us. In these cases, the original shipping costs and any return fees will be deducted from your product refund.

    4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

    5. Delays & Carrier Limitations

    Shipping and transit times are estimates provided directly by the carrier and are not absolute guarantees. All Natural Collection is not liable for unexpected delivery delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, labor strikes, or peak holiday volume.

    6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

    Please double-check your shipping details during checkout. If a package cannot be delivered, is lost, or is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or typo-ridden address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the items.

    7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

    All Natural Collection is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during transit or after delivery.

    • Stolen Packages ("Porch Piracy"): If your tracking information states that your package was successfully delivered to your address, but you have not received it, All Natural Collection is not responsible. We recommend checking with neighbors, checking security cameras, and filing a claim directly with the carrier.

    • Damaged Shipments: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
