Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something just isn't right, here's what to do:
Unopened ... Return unopened and unused products within 30 days for a full refund (less original shipping cost). Please contact us at sales@allnaturalcollection.com with your order number to start a return. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Tried it but don’t like it? Let us know what you didn’t like and we’ll refund the price in store credit and help you find a better match.
Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in Florida are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of final sale items, samples or trial sizes or refund your original shipping costs.
If you are unsure whether or not a product is right for you – take a look at our sample and trial sizes. This will give you a chance to test a product before investing in a full size.
