How to use

Dry brushing can be done daily. Because it is stimulating we recommend dry brushing in the morning.

Start at your feet and gently brush skin in an upward motion toward the heart. Be sure to include your buttocks, arms and back.

Avoid brushing the delicate skin on the face, neck and chest areas with a Dry body Brush. To brush these areas you need a soft brush like our Bodecare Jute Dry Face brush which is designed specially for dry face brushing.
