How to use: Apply on clean lashes and brows. Concentrating on the roots, swipe the serum along upper and lower lash line (like eyeliner!), and directly onto the roots of brow hairs. Coating the length of lashes is optional. For best results, use every night before bed, after makeup is removed. You can also choose to use in the morning as well before applying makeup.
