Do I need a facial toner? Toners can be a great adjunct to your skincare routine. While alcohol based toners are too drying (even for oily skin), toners like Pure Hyrosol Toner play an important role in keeping your skin at an optimal pH level and can also help your other products absorb better.

Our skin has a thin, protective layer on its surface, referred to as the acid mantle that can be disrupted by your cleanser. Some cleansers are too alkaline for the skin, and strip away natural oils causing dryness and irritation. Pure Hydrosol Toner restores your skin to the proper pH level and when combined with an effective moisturizer helps restore this important barrier keeping your skin healthy and happy.

Is this natural facial toner for dry skin? The Pure Hydrosol Toner is good for all types. It is calming and soothing on your skin and is also safe for sensitive skin.

Is the packaging recyclable? Yes. All Mokosh organic skin care products are packaged in recyclable glass and paper. Because most Mokosh products are water free (highly concentrated) and multi-tasking you will ultimately use less which also results in less packaging waste. Plastic or aluminum lids and pumps are used to ensure products don't leak. Unfortunately compostable lids are not yet available.
