Does it leave a white cast? No. Initially all zinc oxide sunscreens will leave a bit of white until it is absorbed, including this one. Once it absorbs there is no white residue and a matte finish.

Can I use it over my daily face cream/serum or must I use it alone?Yes, Salt & Stone Sunscreen can be used with other products. Apply your serum or cream first and let it absorb. Then apply the sunscreen on top.

Is it waterproof?It is water resistant for 80 minutes. We recommend re-applying every hour if you burn easily.

What is the active ingredient in this sunscreen? Non-Nano Zinc Oxide 22.5%. Unlike chemical sunscreens which are absorbed into your skin - Zinc Oxide sits on top of your skin and absorbs and reflects harmful UVA & UVB rays.

I have oily or acne prone skin ... will this work for me? Yes, it is non-comedogenic (won't clog pores) and non-greasy making it suitable for oily skin as well.
