How to use:
Break off approximately 18 inches of floss and wind it around your two pointer fingers (or middle fingers)
Slide the floss gently up and down between your teeth
Curve the floss in a “C” shape around each tooth, and be sure to go below your gumline. Be gentle and don’t force it, though, because that can damage your gums and cause bleeding. You may experience some bleeding in the gums.

Can I use a regular toothbrush with this toothpaste? Yes. It works well with any toothbrush. Please note that the toothpaste is black and may stain your toothbrush bristles.
Is this actual toothpaste or do I need to brush teeth again after? It is toothpaste and contains antibacterial and remineralizing ingredients which make it a great daily toothpaste. You don't need to use another toothpaste but can if you want to. We recommend pairing it with Brilliant Black Dental Floss.
Does it stain your sink? No, we have not had any problems with staining. It is black and we recommend rinsing your skin right away and not leaving it sitting anywhere.

How to use:
